Finger chips is the most wanted snacks for kids.Indeed this is very easy to prepare and requires less time.
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 1/2 kg. Salt - as per taste Pepper powder - 1 tsp. Oil - 2 cups
Preparation:
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into finger long pieces and immerse in a vessel of salt water(4 tablespoons of salt).

2. Take out a handful from water while frying and pat it dry using a clean towel. Heat oil, and deep fry the potatoes in a medium flame if you want it to be crispy.
3. Take out when crispy and transfer it to a plate. Use kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.

4. Repeat with all the cut potatoes. Sprinkle salt with chilly powder and serve hot with sauce.
