Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes: 2 nos.
Palak - 1 bunch chopped finely
Oats - 3/4 cup fine powdered
Roasted and peeled groundnuts - 1 tbsp (optional)
Coriander leaves - a handful
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Curry Leaves - 1 strand finely chopped
Garam Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp or to taste
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tsp
Medium Rava or Bread Crumbs or Powdered Rusk - For dusting the patties

Procedure:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes.
2. Add palak/spinach, oats powder, ground nut, garam masala, salt, jeera powder , chilly powder, chillies, coriander, rice flour, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Make square patties and dip them in rava.

4. Fry them on tava on both sides.
5. Serve Oats palak cutlet with sauce.
