         Coconut Burfi - Microwave

Delicious Coconut Burfi can be prepared in few minutes in microwave. Tried coconut burfi for the first time in microwave, came out so well and thought of sharing this with you all.....

Ingredients:

Grated Coconut: 2 cups

Sugar: 1 1/2 cups

Water: 3/4 cups

cashew nuts - 10 nos

Ghee: 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Take a microwave save bowl mix sugar and water, make the syrup in microwave for 10 minutes. Stir in between twice or thrice so the sugar gets dissolved uniformly.

2. Grind 6 - 7 cashew nuts finely.

3. Add grated coconut, ghee and cashew nuts paste to the syrup. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Grease a plate with ghee. Pour the mixture, let it cool. Cut to desired shape.
