Corn Capsicum Masala is good side dish for chapatis. It is very easy to prepare. All you need is Sweet Corn,Onion,Tomato and Capsicum.
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
Sweet Corn - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Procedure:
1. Boil the corn in water, once cooked drain water and keep aside.
2 Heat oil in the kadai, put jeera when it splutters add onions and fry till golden brown. Add capsicum fry for 5 mins so that it turns soft. Then add boiled corn and mix well.
3. Meanwhile get the tomato puree and add it to the above. Mix well and fry again for 3-5 mins.
4. Finally add all powders (Jeera powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Chilli powder) and salt. Mix and cook on low flame for 4-5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapatis.
