Drinking water - 2 cups
Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
1) In a clean sauce pan, heat 2 cups of drinking water.
2) When it starts boiling, add the cumin seeds.
3) Allow the water to boil. Let it boil till the volume reduces to 1 cup; filter it.
4) Drink warm jeera water twice a day.
