Friends, we just crossed 200th post and Our heartfelt thanks to all visitors, readers, family and friends for all the encouragement, compliments showered on us.

Got this recipe from my co-sister Kriti Lokhande. My special thanks to her, she came all the way to my place and baked this brownie for us. Initially when the brownie was baked we thought we can munch it for 2 days. But it was so yummy.., everything got cleared by end of the day and I couldn't take any clicks on that day.
Later on to celebrate our 200th post I baked it again and it turned out awesome.
I bet you can try this recipe and you will not be disappointed. Here goes the recipe of this....

Ingredients:
Milkmaid: 200 gms
Maida/APF: 150 gms
Cocoa powder: 3 tbsp
Baking powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence: 1 1/2 tsp
Butter: 90 gms
Brown sugar: 4 tbsp
Walnuts: 50 gms (Chopped)
Milk: 3/4 cup
Dark chocolate: 90 gms
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Grease your cake tin. Sift maida flour, cocoa powder. Keep it aside.
2. Warm milk and melt dark chocolate in it.
3. Add butter, brown sugar, milkmaid, essence and mix well.
4. Add maida & cocoa powder and beat it till you get a smooth batter. Beat it in one direction.
5. Add walnuts. Add baking soda and baking powder.
6. Add baking soda and baking powder. Pour the batter into the greased tin immediately adding the soda.
7. Bake at 200C for 5 minutes and 170C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the cake completely before cutting for best results.
Enjoy delicious brownie with ice cream.
